these rates, please return your accommodation form as soon as possible, indicating the hotel of your choice and include a
second choice, should the first not be available.
Any changes must be communicated in writing to Atelier Phénix.
CONFIRMATION Upon receipt of the request for accommodation, together with a deposit as detailed on the registration form, or indication of a valid credit card number, a booking confirmation letter will be sent to you by
