Registration

The enclosed registration form must be completed and returned to Atelier Phénix.
Upon receipt of full payment,the participant will receive an e-mail confirming registration and the hotel reservation if requested.

The deadline for early registration fees is April 2, 2008. Therefore, if you want to take advantage of the lower fees offered, please make sure that your registration and the payment are sent well in advance.

The final deadline for faxed or mailed registrations is April 25, 2008 to allow for administration of these items. It will be possible to register at the Meeting but the
Congress organisers recommend pre-booking to prevent delays.

REGISTRATION DESK
The registration desk will be open on: Saturday, May 3th, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm

REGISTRATION FEES

Included in the registration fees are: access to scientific sessions and to exhibition hall, a copy of the meeting book, coffee breaks and lunch.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Atelier Phénix must be notified of any cancellations in writing.

• Cancellation before April 2: refund less 50 € (administrative fee)
• Cancellation between April 3 and April 25: refund less 50%
• After that date: no refund

BADGES
Only persons with conference bagdes are allowed to attend the scientific sessions.
